I have never been so disappointed. Until I went to the Hoover location I was always loved Outback's food and service. At this location, however, the service was terrible, the bread was stale, potatoes were old and steaks were overcooked. On top of all that, the next day I was told by an employee's relative that they failed their inspections. I will not return to that location...I'll go to either Gardendale or Lakeshore!

I really enjoyed the petite sirloin platter! The cooked it exactly the way I wanted it to be which is extra well done and not crunchy!
