We had cocktails and dinner at the Green Flash and were most impressed. The drinks were great, our server was attentive and friendly, food was very good and the view was lovely. Even very casual eateries on Captiva are very expensive (think $23 plus for an entree) and Green Flash is no exception but it is far from the casual, rather dirty, cafes ...2 of 2 Yahoo! I've had better...If you're over for a 3-day weekend, don't waste one of your dinners at this restaurant. The ambience is mediocre, the food was a little less than mediocre, the service was just ok, the price was high for what we got (and the green flash was, of course, non-existent).
