Clean, Fast, a lot of variety

Man, this place has great food! The staff are great, the building's clean, and they make the BEST chicken quesadilla EVER.

I always enjoy this place. Nothing fancy, but, good food at great prices.
They know how it SHOULD be done.

This place has the best Mexican Steak (Carne Asada) ever. Their rice is awesome, along with tons of other stuff! I live in Gainesville and have tried almost all the Mexican Restaurants up there and none compare. I go everytime I come home!!

Three words " Torta de Lomo" . Merlo's doesn't have to be fancy to serve GREAT food. Its' one of the best to cook REAL authentic mexican food. But it is a good idea to call ahead.
