This SMALL restaurant is the best German Food that I have found in the TampaBay area except for the Schnitzel Haus in Tampa. The food is excellent and the price is very good. Much less expensive than the Scnitzel Haus.
Better put in a reservation because this place is small with only 10 or so tables.
It is worth the visit, you will be satisfied.

My name is George. I'd like to say couple warm words about Great German Cafe. The place located on the Treasure Island. Big variety of German food. Schnitzels, pork tenderloins with a mushrooms souse stuffed cabbage home made mush potatoes' and many more delicious items. BEER !!!!.Monday and Tuesdays place is closed.

Great FoodThey are closed couple days a week, but their food is great! I can't remember the names of menu, but you have to try fried pork Schnitzel or something like that with sauce on it. Just imagining the food, I feel my mouth watering! And their sausage and beers! A family owns the restaurant. Only 1 or 2 people work there. The services is slow, but they are nice.
