If you want the best Mexican food,than please visit EL RINCON MEXICANO located in Plant City. The place is small, but it is the best mexican food i have tasted, (restaurant wise.) It is the only place that i know of that has freshly made tortillas. The rice is wonderful and soft not like other restaurants that serve it hard and flavorless.
