Food is pretty good, portions are huge. Huge menu with something for everyone. You usually have to wait for a table at this place and at times the service can be slow. To the reviewer who was disappointed with his steak, I don't know if I would order a steak here since it's not a steakhouse. Although I've never ordered a steak, everything I've ordered has been good.

Worst dining experience I have ever had. After 45 minutes the appetizers still hadn't come out! We kept enquiring as to the delay and were told that their food is cooked to order and takes up to an hour. We finally left. The manager offered no apologies. I will never go back. Humiliating!

For the price of dinner, you can do much better at Morton's or even Houston's. Your food is prepared by a cook, not a chef. My medium rare steak for $29 had no pink color at all. Very good desert though and the atmosphere is good. I reccomend a drink at the bar and a slice of cheesecake....after you have dinner somewhere els.

Best Brunch In Town

If ever you're in FL the cheese cake factory is an excellent place to have lunch or dinner. I've celebrated many birthdays and anniversaries there while I lived in FL.

Better make reservations here, the food is delicious... the 'Mudslide' drink is great... the restaurant it's always packed with people, but it's worth it.

Despite the overcommercialized atmosphere, the food is actually excellent here, though the portions are ridiculously huge, but it makes for fantastic leftovers.

It's usually freezing cold in there, so bring a sweater. The service is 'ok' but it depends on the day and the server you get.

But then there's the cheesecake... NEED I SAY MORE?! It's delicious!
