Fantastic atmosphere, beautiful art deco style, drink selection is very good. The crowd is mixed, very chic and stylish locals come in for an after work tropical refreshment, and looking to meet up with other cool and nice looking personalities. You may run into Ricky Martin or Gloria Estefan.

Just for the ambiance alone I always stop at the Delano for a drink. For me Martinis and ambiance go together and there is no other place in South Beach to enjoy this then The Delano with it's flowing white drapes and stark decor it makes this one of the most popular hot spots in Miami.

The Blue Door says it all, when it comes to swank and a romantic dinner. It is located on South Beach in the Delano Hotel. The decor of the Hotel changes frequently, so it may not look exactly the same the next time you come back. This is also a celeb hang out. Versace would do his photo shoots by the pool side...so they say. If money is not a problem, The Blue Door is the restaurant for you.

I have eaten in almost every restaurant of distinction in Miami. I can tell you that there is nothing better in Miami than the Blue Door. The food was delicious, the staff was entertaining and the atmosphere was stunning. If you only have a few nights in town, you MUST check out the Blue Door.
