I really like this restaurant, which is located on the bottom floor of the Hilton on Pensacola Beach. It is lit well from natural light, overlooking the pool area and has a pretty retro feel to it.
I will say the website is a little misleading, making you think that you can relax in H2O and have a great sunset view. At least where I was ...SHOW FULL REVIEW

I went for brunch on a Sunday and it was super! The food was very good. Really liked the variety of choices. They didn't have pancakes on the buffet but if you ask they'll make them for you, included in the price which at $27 bucks they should be. They had a guy playing jazz, kinda like kareoke jazz.
