We read several reviews giving negative feedback to Capt. Daves. Although apprehensive we found none of the feedback to be accurate. The service was excellent, prompt with only a short wait to be seated. As usual those who have a gripe post and we who are happy just keep it to ourselves.

The fried green beans with Wasabi sauce was killer! You need to try it.

Going to Captain Daves has been a family tradition once each summer since 1986. We have always recieved satisfactory seafood. Even though some days during the week are crowded we have enjoyed the view of the ocean as we ate.

Along with 10 other friends, my husband & I had our first experience with Capt Daves on the Gulf. Before we went I had read several reviews on the internet; many were negative. I have to say that this was one of the best meals we have had. Service was wonderful, food was excellent and out of 12 people, not one was disappointed in their meal. We loved it. Keep up the good work!!!
