I've lived in Australia and I certainly wouldn't call very much on Outback's menu Aussie food. The food is really American... About the only true Aussie thing is the beer. Having grown up in Nebraska, I will say that the steaks are marvelous; especially the Rock Hampton Ribeye. Nice wait staff and bar.
