most recent visit was most disapointing snotty young adult service and less that satisfactory food will not ever return

Food is excellent, love the fried squash! I usually get the Fried Seafood Platter and share with my son. I wish they would relocate this place to make it more appealing to an upscale crowd. I would not bring any out of town guests or clients here as the atmosphere is not on the same level as the food. I usually take out from here.

It looks meek on the outside, but the food is fab on the inside!

Service is always up-to-snuff and, believe me, the waitstaff will bend over backwards to make the customer happy.

This is the best seafood in Jacksonville, hands down. You'd swear the seafood was being hand delivered off a fishing boat - it's that fresh!

Used to live in Jacksonville and frequented Salty's often. It's a great little neighborhood place with friendly staff and great food. had heard they had great prices. then found out that great prices were at luch time. Dinner was pricy but the food was good.
