In all the years we've been coming to St. Augustine for vacation and escape. No place has been as true to their product as Osteen's!!
Not only great people and spectacular food but the little restaurant with a BIG home-like atmosphere you wouldn't expect from a local restaurant is exciting to experience! AND...yes, the wait is worth it!! And I know we'll be coming back often!!

when I went there i thought that it was going to be great but, when I took a first bite it was tasteless.I tried the cottage cheese I liked it but, there were very little portions of it,and the other sides. One thing I did like was the cup of clam chowder! it was a little spicey for me, it was manhatten style. I wouldn't go back!

Absolutely FABULOUS! We all loved O'Steen's. Be prepared to wait though. Bring a good book. My family almost left... and then i had the shrimp! gosh, that had to be the best shrimp I've ever had! I'm usually not a shrimp person at all. O'Steen's was absolutely my favorite resturaunt there. I highly recomend it.

We have enjoyed the food at O'Steen's since my brother first introduced us to this piece of heaven around 11 years ago. Since then, I have visted usually once a year since. We live all the way in Virginia Beach, but have planned family vacations to Florida and centered them around driving near St. Augustine at lunch time or for dinner. As ...

Without a doubt this is our favorite restaurant. My husband said it was the best shimp he has ever eaten. I'm allergic to shellfish so I didn't even feel deprived when I ordered the blackened talapia. It was WONDERFUL. The portions were good, the food excellent and the people friendly. Cash only though. If it wasn't the end of the trip & cash short, we would have gone back. Will be our first stop on our return.

I have driven 12 hours to eat at Osteen's. I'm 24 and have been eating double orders since I could walk.

You will likely wait in line outside (you sign-up at the window and they call your name on the outdoor loudspeaker when your turn comes) and parking can be somewhat of a challenge-but! the breaded butterfly shrimp and thier signature red Datil pepper sauce are the best. The shrimp melt in your mouth and the breading is light and tasty, easily the ...
