  • My husband and I went there for our 6th anniversary and it was wonderful! We both got steaks (he got a ribeye and I got filet mignon) and they were probably the best we have ever ordered from any restaurant! The mashed potatoes were creamy and delicious! We will definitely be back the next time we go to Savannah.

  • My family and I took a weekend trip to Savannah last Labor Day 2007. We had planned to go deep sea fishing on Monday, Labor Day. We drove six hours from Birmingham to Savannah. Upon our arrival that Saturday, it was raining and the rain did not let up. We decided to go out to eat and was unable to locate the restaurant we initially were going ...

Definitely Get The Warm Chocolate Bread Pudding: My family enjoyed a truly great meal. I had the best shrimp scampi I have ever had. The warm chocolate bread pudding was awesome. All six of us in my party were very pleased with the services, prices, and food. The building is historic. Clean bathrooms.

When I came to Savannah to interview for the job I have now, a friend and I went to Boars Head for lunch. We had the crabcakes and they were not good. I work with a lady who has gotten sick from eating there as well. I will not return

  • Wonderful location and food

The locale is great, if you get a window seat, you can watch the tourists pass by. The food is VERY reasonable and great! The blackened salmon with jimaca slaw is delicious. Try the chicken on spinach. It comes with a fruity vinegarette, pecans, raisins, onion and feta.
I would go back any day.

Great food . Nice Pub atmoshere. The food was great but the dessert was amazing. Best chochlate bread pudding I've ever tasted. I wanted the reciepe but they wouldn't part with it. I keep trying to master it and have come close but not quite the same.
