I have visited Outback several times, It is one of my family’s favorite places. The food is great and I love the atmosphere. Any one can make a mistake. A long day at church should have inspired atlmimi1 to be a little more forgiving of someone’s mistake and just take another seat. The bad review by atlmimi1 does not change my opinion of this restaurant.OVERALL

After a long day at church, I visited this Outback Steakhouse only to find that the customer service is terrible and there is a lack of effective management. After being seated, I visited the ladies room only to return to find my table had been given away.
