We live in Asheville. We have eaten here a few times, the recent time being last week. It was great pizza. The prices are reasonable. We had a large pizza, half with pepperoni, 2 sodas, a salad and garlic bread. The bill came to $29. You can't beat that! And it was tasty!

I recommend this pizzeria to my clients. I suggest ordering an individual pizza--no soggy middle, ever. HOWEVER, I warn them about what they should definitely NOT order, i.e. Italian sausage topping or eggplant. These are (yikes!) BREADED--a definite "no-no." My Fathers's has been better, as far as food, but has consistently went down hill over the past couple years. The service on the other hand has always been mediocre, don't get me wrong there are some great staff, but for the most part they lack personality and enthusiasm. We eat there out of convenience because there really are not many choices if you don't want to drive to Asheville.

Over the years the place has gotten smaller, then bigger and now it's just greater than ever.

The food is wonderful. It's a little on the high side but it is well worth it. I love sitting outside. It's my favorite place when I visit my friends in Asheville. I high recommend it .

These people obviously have not had good pizza giving this place such a high rating and comparing it to Brooklyn. Where did you have pizza in Brooklyn??? Pizza Hut?? If you want good pizza in the Asheville area, go to Circle in the Square or Marco's.

If you have to eat out in Black Mountain this is the place - great pizza, pasta & salads
