Wow, this place is amazing! I understand that they get busy being that their sushi prices are so low! Call a couple of hours before hand to dine in or take out, you will not be dissapointed! They have speeded things up since they got more cooks and more servers! Oh and their one of a kind salad dressing is to die for!!! This is the only japanese resturant I will eat at in JVille!!!

If you are looking for 4 star look, then don't go here. If you are searching for the authentic food you ate while on main land Japan. Then this is your restaurant. I recogmend ordering take out. When you do, order in the morning for early evening takeout. This place is a treasure that only those of us who crave that authentic Japanese sushi ...

5 stars...WOW, Did ya'll goto the right place. It was a hole in the wall. one waitress and 2 cooks. Came in and every empty table had not been cleaned. The menus were hand written, Definitly wouldnt go back. Even the waitress told us she wouldnt be affended if we stayed or left.

My husband and I LOVE sushi and recently moved to Midway Park from Connecticut where we ordered sushi every weekend. Shiki looks a little rough around the edges on the outside but the staff is friendly, the food is delicious and the prices are fantastic!

Shiki is probably the best Japanese food I've ever eaten! The food is very authentic and the price is awesome! The service could have been better. There was only one person working as the host, the waiter, and the server. IT was a little slow, but GREAT FOOD! I will definitely go back!

Best japanese restaurant in town. Little out of the way for folks in Jacksonville but way worth it.
