the last 4 times i've been it has gradually gotten worse in every area. snobby "too cool for you" waitresses. the burgers have been dry as a bone (even with chili believe it or not). soggy wings. they always seem to get something wrong with the party's order; wrong bun, wrong side,wrong toppings, you name it. 10 years ago i was singing a different tune last week was the last straw though. bye forever lupies.

We went last week. Had the greens as soup... Out of this world! I've eaten greens my whole life but never as soup. At first I was scared. LOL But I'm glad I took the plunge. I should have ordered a side of cornbread with the bowl. Shoot, I could have had a LARGE bowl with cornbread and sweet tea and been in hog heaven. We WILL be going back.

And the prices are excellent!

Just a FUN place to be! Go for lunch with the button-down types, or go for dinner and watch the freaks! Either way, it's a blast!!

Lupies has to be one of the best places in Charlotte to eat. Absolutely good food. The quiche, "throw down" nachos and chicken 'n dumplin's are things that I have to torment myself over which one to choose every time I go.
