Moni was my favorite hangout when I was in Cusco recently. I fell in love with the grilled eggplant sandwiches. They also make a pretty good cappuccino, which finding a decent one of those in Cusco is pretty hard. I think that one of the owners is British because there was a lot of British decor there. The waitstaff and chefs are really nice and the place is really reasonably priced among the better, cleaner places in Cusco.
