We made reservations wk ahead. Ask for non smoking, king. After a 5 hr drive we arrived to a smoking, 2 double. Had room sprayed 2 times by housekeeping didn't help. My now deceased husband and I were some of the first guests at Belterra. We are not "high rollers" but we love to play. We like the area, other than getting to it, and the people are always friendly! The hot tubs in your room are a plus we enjoy and the variety of slots is always fun. We like it the best of any of the Southern Indiana casinos! My daughter goes with me now and she has told many people about it.

I love every thing about the casino, but I guess I don,t spend enough money to get any perks. Most of the time the buffet was wonderful, but the last time it did not stand up to its usual great standards.Any stay --the rooms were as good as Vegas...

ROOM RATE WEEKDAYS ARE NOW EXTREMLY HIGH. ASK WHEN I ACALLED ABOUT WI-FI SINCE I HAVE A WI-FI RADIO WAS TOLD NO PROBLEM . WHEN I TRIED IT WAS TOLD IMPOSSIBLE WI-FI ONLY FOR LAPTOPS AT $10.00. we have stayed at the Miss Belterra quite a few times and love it. We have never been treated anyway but great.The front desk staff is some of the best we have ever encountered--always super.the rooms are the greatest,in fact i am on line to book another room.
