A nice hotel, good location, great pool. The rooms are great, clean, well maintained, very nice bathrooms. The restaurant is not more than OK, and it is not as good as the rest of the hotell. They offer free transfer to the airport.

This has got to be the most overpriced and overrated hotel around, considering that we're in the 4th poorest country in the world. That said... This is Africa.

dust and dirt on arrival under the bed, staines on the towels,the pillow casses ripted, extremly bad smell in the room on arraival and during the stay. I pass several messages to the head housekeeper and never return to solve the problem. How that can be possible at this type of hotel?. Very disappointing to see a member of management team act on this way. Maybe dosen't have experience or she dosen't know her job.

it is not the usual Kempinski style. The lounge and restaurant dont make you feel cosy. Missing a tennis court. Meals and beverages are at high cost.
