Likes: Pretty much everything! This hotel was very quiet, hardly any noise. The beds are really soft, and comfortable. The pool and hot tub was great! Room service was nice, and they did a great job. Staff was nice as well.

Dislikes: Food wasn't that great.But they had a variety of cereal, oatmeal, fruit, donuts, and pancakes.

Will visit again!

Stay here all the time friendly staff and very helpful. Clean and beautiful hotel and rooms. I recommand this hotel to anyone visiting the syracuse area.

It was a bit pricey for a 2 star hotel however it was clean and located in a quiet area accessible to highways. The pool was clean but maybe too warm for us. The room was clean and spacey and we appreciated that the bed was queen size instead of double. The continental breakfast did not have peanut butter which I really missed for my toasts.
