this place was a wreck !..first of all the staff was very rude,and un professional,also my room was dirty there was a scum ring around the shower,and stains on the carpet..definaltley not worth the money..ill stay someone where else on my next trip..i recommend that the owners of this place hire a new mananger,and employee's !!!

Good breakfast, ample towels and bathrooms supplies, well lit parking lot and convenient location to the Lucy Museum. The front desk staff were very helpful. We will go back to this hotel.

I have to stay overnight in Jamestown once a month for business. The Best Western is a steal for the price. Nice pool area and clean rooms.

Continental breakfast also avail from 6-10am.

i have family here and im here about 4 times a year and i love it

its not too buzy and to takes care of its customers but is no to expensive either

i love the pool and the work out room only thing is that they need a hot tub

location i good because it is in the hart of the city and there is an ice rink just across the street

We recently stayed at the Best Western Downtown Jamestown. It was a great experience for all. We especially enjoyed one of your beautiful Jacuzzi rooms. The pool a hit! The breakfast was above and beyond continental. The staff was courteous and helpful. We even extended our stay as extra night before moving on to our next destination. We would recommend your Hotel to all of our friends!
