Super hotel, super room, good but pricey food and drink but good beach shacks close by,great grounds and ready access to a magnificent and very quiet beach. The most relaxing holiday for many years.

we found white sands a nice and tidy place.the food was good and the rooms were very clean and tidy.the service on the whole was good but can vary on times.we would suggest that you check your bills very carefully as mistakes can be made.on the whole we would give the holiday 8 out of 10.

all the staff were great the facilities of the hotel more than met expectations we had a fantastic time we will be going back next year

The check in was a sad experience. The matter was escalated to the manager front office who later never bothered to address the issue.Was very unproffesional in her approach towards us. Was a sad experience. Ms.Pooja Patti needs to know how to interact with guest!!

The service was solicitous - willfully eager helpers-in-waiting were everywhere, as we found later seems omnipresent in India, where in the hot and muggy climate clothes don't dry but must be changed more than daily. Restaurant and hotel staff friendly, polite and very helpful. Rooms kept well. Hotel and grounds immaculate but certain nationalities 'hog' the sunbeds. Hotel needs to implement the rule that if beds not used for 2 hours, towels are removed by staff. However, pool staff did their best to find us vacant beds.
