Love the location, short walk to the SEPTA on a nice tree-lined street full of awesome victorian homes. Love the hostess, who knows just how to make you feel at ease, and even drove us to the AIRPORT!!! Love the HUGE backyard, complete with croquet, grill and lots of
lounging furniture. Love the decor, which is pretty, but not overdone.
We've stayed in alot of B&Bs over the years, and this one is a GEM!

The woman who manages this bed and breakfast is wonderful. While we were in Philly, I had some car trouble and she was very helpful. The rooms are very nice with many personal touches and she makes a great breakfast. I send all my friends to the Spruce Hill Manor when they go to Philly.
