We loved the yummy breakfast at Machine Shed and the pool was great for the kids. Although small, the workout room was decent-it had a great view of the pool and they include free bottled water in the fridge. The beds were oh so comfy and overall the hotel was very clean. Oh and they had Aveda bath products-very nice! The staff was super "Minnesota Nice". I would definitely come back!

If you're in Minnesota, outside of Minneapolis or St. Paul, can't beat this spot over by Bloomington. When I was there, it was the middle of nowheresville, though there was enough stuff within driving distance to be alright, and I can kinda go for isolated nothing now and again anyway.
