Liked: Very nice accomodations. Rooms are all suites and comfortable. Manager's reception offers full size cocktails for $1 each. Breakfast provides cook to order eggs and the normal continental fare. Wife enjoyed the spa. Convenient walking distance to Bathhouse Row. Site is attached to the Convention Center.

breakfast big turnoff! be there at 7 or 8 after that good luck with finding a place to sit.... food ran out, but dont blame employees, all employees very nice and hard working. That omelet lady, excellent! too long of a line to wait though.

The hotel and services were great. Had a great stay. The Spa treatment was wonderful as well. Breakfast buffet was first class. The Bristo Restaurant however needs some help. Do not eat here. There are lots of other places to enjoy a meal. Food was cold and service was slow. It's a beautiful restaurant but the food doesn't live up to the quality of the rest of the hote.

We really enjoyed staying here. The housekeeping and service was truly exceptional. We enjoyed using the shuttle--as it kept driving and parking to a minimum. The pool area was generally very clean (except for one evening we were there...out of four). The spa was an awesome experience for my daughter and I. We loved the breakfast each morning ...

Hotel staff was gracious and professional, our accommodations were absolutely outstatnding. Spotless, comfortable, spacious, elegantly furnished. We loved it. The hotel's restaurant was top notch with great food and service, and the free buffet breakfast was the best we've ever had in any hotel, anywhere. We will look for Embassy Suites whenever we travel!

We were there for our 10th wedding anniversary and Tracy checked us in and warmly wished us a happy anniversary. Later that night after being out we came back to the hotel and walked by Tracy who enthusiastically told us she had a surprise for us in our room. When we got to the room we found a certificate for a free PPV movie and a free appetizer ...

We have stayed at the Embassy Suites in Hot Springs several times and it is excellent. The rooms are clean & spacious; while their breakfast is superb. It's close to Bathhouse Row and the National Park Visitors Center.
