We stayed at the Embassy August 6 - 12.

GOOD:

We really felt that our two dogs were welcomed. They were given gift bags (a tennis ball, rawhide, and treats) and got extra treats nearly every time they walked through the door.
Room service from the Bistro 400 is great (fast, too), and what tasted like a gourmet dinner only cost us $40, ...

A wonderful place for a little R & R. The rooms were so plush and stylish. Great amenities and the best breakfast in the state of AR.
I hate I only stayed one night.

The staff was kind and caring to all our needs.
The breakfast buffet was excellent.
The location was really close to down town attractions,We walked to all the bath houses and shows safely

We stay at Embassy Suites just about everywhere we travel. The staff at Embassy Suites Hot Springs were not friendly at all. We ordered room service and did not receive silverware and it took forever for them to bring it. Our bed linen was dirty. Our tub was dirty. We were celebrating our anniversary and just did not even have the energy to complain. We definitely will never return!

We stayed in Embassy Suites 7-1-06 to 7-2-06 it was a great hotel. They offered shuttle service to magic springs and the breakfast was great and cooked to order. We recieved excellent from housekeeping and the front desk. The room was immaculate. I would definately recommend this hotel to any and everyone.

The service at this hotel is excellent. The complimentary shuttle is a great perk. The in-house restaurant is delicious, although a bit pricy for some items. I stay here every time I am in town for business.

It was an awosme place to stay, i went sometime in march and had a blast...CANT WAIT TO GO BACK!! They had friendly service, clean, organized, it is a wonderful place to stay for any accasion!!!

My experience with Embassy Suite in Hot Springs on three seperate occassions was nothing but wonderful! From the atrium to the rooms, the decor is above average. Service is exceptional from the resturant, to the manager's after work party, to the spa and the pool. Everything is immaculate and the employees make you feel like you are the only person there. Excellent, simply excellent!
