The staff are wonderful, and the hotel looks new even though we were told it was a few years old. Very conveniently located. The mall is right next door, as is Applebee's. We were very, very happy with our stay.

Thin walls. The bed is just a hard piece of foam. No newspaper in lobby. One night stays are Ok but not for a weekend or over a holiday.

Poor customer service .The advertised rate on this hotel is $44.00 per night. I challange anyone to obtain that rate.Talking to their customer service people was like talking to pillow from a room.
