I enter the hotel on July 26,2007, The front desk clerk was very rude she continued her personal call with her Grandmother on the phone, We were given the wrong room, our keys did not work and the smell was terrible.

They did not show that we had reservations, but after we presented the confirmation, the desk clerk was very helpful and went out of his way to accommodate us by giving us a larger suite. Suggest calling prior to checking in. The hotel was very quiet, and clean and the location is excellent if you're coming from the airport.

When I arrived the rude woman at the front desk refused to honor "online reservations". Please avoid this hotel at all costs, since I know first hand, they could obiously care less about my business there.

The hotel facilities were extremely nice and the room itself was clean. Free amenities are A+ (hot breakfast, long-distance calls.) A good 3 star quality. The staff were worthy of 5 stars without execption.

My wife and I were pleased with the hotel. It was very convenient to the Jackson airport. The motel was extremely quiet and we experienced a good nights sleep.
