overall this was a nice place to stay. The front desk was extremely friendly and helpful and the rooms were well cleaned. The best part is the location. It was only a step out back to be right on the walking paths at the river and is nicely located within easy walking distance to many restaraunts. I would stay there again.

The front desk had to be the friendliest I've ever met. We've been staying in other hotels in the area for years, this year a friend told us to try the Ritz.. We are now forever loyal to the Le Ritz. The rooms were gorgeous-clean-spacious. We felt like we were on our honeymoon again. After 30 years of marriage and traveling, the Le Ritz made our hotel staying experience enjoyable again. Definite 5 Star Hotel...

Certainly has a nice feel. We live ina remote Wyoming community called Jackson Hole, so when we make our shopping trip to Idaho Falls we often make la Ritz our hotel for the night. Kids love the pool, breakfast is good, lobby is nice for sitting and working on my laptop...

We stayed at Le Ritz for our honeymoon and were very disappointed. We picked this place because the website said there would be a fireplace in the room. There wasn't one. When we complained about this, we were only given the choice to upgrade to a better room for more money. We were too busy that day to fight them about it, so we just took it.
The tub didn't drain and there was black hair all over the bathroom floor. Big let down.

I stayed at the Le Ritz for over a year, every week. Great place to stay. The staff is great and the location is good as well. Very close to a freeway off ramp.

Beware of the La Ritz hotel! The La Ritz does not have an elevator and for any handicapped people like me good luck trying to get your bags up and down the stairs. It is not advertised that there is not an elevator. When I got there they were out of rooms on the first floor but there was someone to help me with the bags. When I left they told me ...

Didn't like the fact it was not noticeable off the freeway. Didn't like the fact that we had to go out in the ice & snow to get to our room. We esspecially didn't like the fact that we could NOT find another like this Inn on the remainder of our trip! Believe me....we looked in every city before sadly booking in any other Inn. Would really like to have a list of where you may be located in other cities & state's.

Everything about the hotel was great, the staff were friendly, the room was nice (only the bathroom was a little small) the place was spotless, the pool was good and the breakfast was wonderful.

The next time we are in Idaho Falls this will be the place we stay. A great value.

My husband and I stayed here in the honeymoon suite on our wedding night. The service was prompt and the room was comfortable and we had a great view. It made our day even more special!
