The Blossom Deli is the best food I've had in Charleston. Today we had lunch. I had an herbed chicken breast sandwich with pine nuts, goat cheese, and sundried tomatoes. It was spectacular. The food here is of the quality that you should refer to it as cuisine. I can't recall the exact background, but the owner is a chef of some sort who decided to bring his culinary talents to Charleston. The salads, sandwiches and entrees are wonderful. The Blossom Deli is my favorite restaurant in Charleston. The atmosphere is light and charming and the food is fabulous. I recommend eating the build-your-own pasta b/c it has lots of choices. Every person I bring becomes a regular.

You may be surprised when you walk by this restaurant, but walk inside and you know you are in for a very special treat. Your food is prepared where you can watch, made to order and always very tasty.
