DEELISHUS! the first time i'd ever heard of or had a cheesy western and it was scrumptious! everyone should make tracks to the Texas Tavern and have a cheesy western or three.

7-12-80.........I loved to eat at Tx Tavern........it had been yrs and just last wk I went there and guess what? they changed the chili..........and i mean it was awful.........why cant they leave it alone....? I will never go back

This is the best place in town. Forget going to all these outrageously priced restaurants when you have the Texas Tavern - Millionaires Club - If you are looking for a great place to eat and have very little money in you pocket this is the place for you. The food is awesome, and the prices can't be beat. No matter what time it is, theres always time Texas Tavern.

This place is great! Get you a cheesy western and a bowl wit. If you drink and wanna good place to eat that stays open late, this is the place for you. Forget IHOP and denneys!!!! Texas Tavern man!

The best hot dogs and chile around. I like the flavor of the chile on the hot dogs mixed with the relish makes a distinctive flavor.
Nothing better than a bowl with (onions) a squirt of mustard and crackers.
The mustard has a distinct flavor also.
Another favorite is the Cheesy Western.
I love eating here.

Awful food and even worse chili. If I want a bowl of beans in water I can destroy that at home. Just plain bad

If you are ever in Roanoke, you have to go to TT's. It is a historical landmark!!!
