I went to this establishment this evening and really was surpised at how beautiful and warm it felt when we went inside. I have passed this restaurant many times but until tonight have never been. The waitstaff was not only superbly versed in the menu but very attentive. The food is really good quality and skillfully prepared. From start to finish this experience was memorable. We will be back!

My friend and I were unfamiliar with Portsmouth and randomly chose Cafe Europa as we walked along High Street. We did not realize it was a ritzy kind of place and felt underdressed in our shorts. The inside has very dim lighting - nice romantic atmosphere, very quiet when we were there. The servers are very formal and knowledgable about their menu. ...
