My son loves to watch the Crunch games so this year I had my son's birthday party during a Crunch game. The staff made him feel so special and were very accomidating when we needed extra tickets. The person who I made plans with even called me the day before to make sure I knew where to go and get the tickets and to make sure her plans were correct. I think the friendly staff makes this place great!!

The Oncenter Convention Center has taken a huge turn in the past 1-2 years.

The staff appears to be robotic and non-enthusiastic as of the past. The atmosphere feels like a b-rated movie with cheapness throughout. I have attended three large events recently and could not eat the food.
