    there are many attraction beside ancient city for example the national musuem , mount Kasion , Hamidieh , Medhat Basha ,seven doors of Damascus,Omayad mosque,any one of the 55 baths in Damascus,Khan Asaad Basha, saint babthith restplace,and many many more

    syria has got to be by far one of the most beautiful countries i have had the pleasure of visiting, if u like history you will love syria.     The only problem there is the traffic jams.
    It's one of the most important and valuable cities in the whole wide world.Do you it is the oldest city in the world?and all the prophets had been there?
    Do you know who built it?
    It was said that the grand son of prophet Noah built it and the battle of Abel and Cane (Adam's sons)fought on its famous mountain.

    syria is full of history and is just gorgeous. especially the ummayyad mosque.the people are very friendly and welcoming and the food is great.i recommend anybody who appreciates history to go there.

    there was a lot more to love about this place than there was to dislike, for a muslim country, I have never been made to feel so welcome even though I am christian. The connection of christianity is in this ancient city, I really felt good, the history, to visit the tomb of Salladin, I was really humbled, the respect the Damascans give to their ...
