Fez is AmazingI used to live in Fez and can say without a doubt that it is far and away a better "Moroccan" experience than the uber-touristy city of Marrakesh. Fes for CultureA must see, between the old city, the olive oil & carpet makers...very artistic. Architecture, arts, and tea-pots....you will have fun.

Go with a Guide with good referrals!This medina has over 9,200 streets and none of them have names. This is what I was told by several people. I went with a guide and was happy that I did, but I didn't like my guide. You'll find no shortage of guides, but be very careful.
