My family and I spent a day at Petra with a personal guide. It was a fantastic experience. The history is fascinating, and the sights are stunning.

Be prepared for a lot of walking in Petra. If you're not up for walking all day, you can hire a horse or a small carriage to take you down to the Treasury. While in Petra, you can also hire a ride on a camel or a donkey.

Drink plenty of water, and prepare for the intense sun!

I went there for 3 weeks, i was lucky to see petra i stay there for 3 days and it was my best days , its beautful specialy in the sunset. when you go there make sure you need more than 3 days

the second my family planned to go to jordan, i thought it would be another boring family trip. but little did i know that i would have the best time of my life. the amazing city of petra is a city carved/built in a mountain. i had a great time on the camels, and couldnt believe that we were leaving ONLY after 2 weeks. i CANT wait to go back!!!!!!!!!!
