No temperature control for the wines in the tasting area / store (a Chardonnay kept outside at 95 degrees F does not taste right)

The personnel was not friendly (the 2 people who served the wine never even smiled and the other 2 staff members were just sipping their wine)

They do not tell all the customers that the 5-dollar wine tasting fee includes the glass as a souvenir
