The tasting room at the Gundlach Bundschu winery is quite nice despite the fact that their employees are not. From the parking lot you get feeling that you are entering a water treatment facility as you overlook the roof top of the facility and retention pond. That all changes as you enter the tasting room, which I noted is quite nice.
