A dream place!Absolutely beautifull!! A very unique place that is a MUST to visit if you are in Caracas. Make sure you make reservations and arrange transportation forehand. A vehicle from the restaurant will pick you up from the Avila Hotel in Caracas to take you to the restaurant. It is better to go in the early afternoon to enjoy the atonishing view.
