Delicious. I get the chicken parmesan sub, it is outstanding. I have tried at many other places, no one can touch theirs. Fresh, hot, and delicious. Also, their baked spaghetti is excellent.

My girlfriend lives in Mechanicsville so we eat at Mimmo's regularly. it is the first place i have found since moving to VA from philly that has good pizza, probably the best pizza i have had. You can also order it as a plain pie and they know what you are talking about. We have also had their calzones, strombolis and lasagana and it is all very good.
