Not to sound flip, but I think the last reviewer must be confused with the restaurant they are reviewing or maybe there's some other reason for such a completely different dining experience than my family, friends and I have had over the last 30 years. We have celebrated our grandparents 50th anniversary, our parents retirements and now our ...

Overpriced and Over Rated: I only went to the Log Cabin once since I moved to Stafford 12 years ago. That was enough for me. Despite what others have said or have written here and elsewhere, I was really disappointed and have never been back. The food is mediocre and unimaginative in presentation, the atmosphere reminds me of an old seafood ...

Don't be fooled by the "fine dinning" advertisment, I am sure it is just a ploy!!
Having enjoyed the Log Cabin for many years in the past I was shocked at the "fine dining" experience my wife & I endured this time we dined there.
First was the very unfriendly hostess that seated us, the dining room was empty but we ...

Guess it depends on when your there there. I was surprised by the less-than-good reviews I read here. My wife and I are from the San Francisco area and no strangers to good food. We were passing through and saw a small ad in a local magazine. My wife had seafood and I had the Prime Rib. Both were above average. The service was great (thanks, Cindy). Wish we lived closer. If we did, we would be back.

I went there on a very busy night. Valentine's day. We had reservations and were led right to our table. The bread was great and the salad bar was good although I did think it a bit tacky. It was in a large Coke-Cola bin and a pain to walk in between all the tables and diners. They had tables on top of tables so forget trying to have a private ...

We tried this place because it was supposed to be wonderfully good. I was unimpressed. We made a reservation, but ended up waiting an hour to get a table. You have to fetch your own salad. I ordered fish, and for my $25 received exactly that- a piece of fish flung on to a plate. No garnish, no bed of anything, no presentation of any kind. Fish on a ...

Best restaurant in the area. Yes it is a little on the expensive side, but the food is consistently good, of great quality, and the service is exceptional. I left the area 4 years ago and haven't found an equal to the Log Cabin since I left. Miss it greatly, but will be in town soon and once again enjoy the dining at my all time favorite restaurant.

For the price nothing impresive, or fancy, salad bar??? few selections, wine selections needs improvement.. tiny plates big prices unless you order a lobster with steak, lobster was okey but meat I had it better.. The only think I woul recomended will be the clam chowder soup, was exquisite. Another thing don't even think to order bread pudding $ 9.00 for a taste of a cinnamon roll?? not whorthy.
