Customer service is not so good. But the food is always GREAT! I love their steak and cheese subs (they are the best) The delivery does take A LONG time to get to you. One delivery guy sat in my drive way for 15 mins talking on his cell phone before he came to my door with the food.

The pizza and wings were great! I had to wait once also...but it was worth the wait. Just shows you the food is still good if the wait is so long.

used to be the best food in town. now it is hit or miss and the customer service is poor to say the least. i have waited for 2 hours for food to show up and the lady at the restaurant said he just left 2 or 3 times, finally i cancelled my order and after 2.5 hours delivery guy showed up lol.

other than the national chains dominoes and pizza hut, it's the only good pizza place around!! love it =]

Their pizza used to be awesome but now it is gross and running most of the time and the people that work their have poor customer service.
