not enough blankets to be provided. the blanket on the cot was like it was it had to be like cheesecloth. we froze all night. i wouldn't stay here again.

My kids absolutely loved this hotel. The staff was very accomidating to my family. We will not stay anywhere else in the same area.

This is the best hotel in that area all others have poor staff ugly old rooms and the price is just not worth it but this hotel has exceptional staff at the desk, and in other areas as well everyone greets you when they see you the people there are all happy. and for the price that they charge you get a suite that is 50% larger then a regular guest ...

This Warrenville Residence Inn, from the Housekeeping staff to the GM, will go out of their way to provide you with the best service ever! The staff I encountered were kind, respectful, and went out of their way to provide me with what I needed.

I was very impressed with the entire experience. Every staff member was helpful and courteous. The room was very clean, the layout was super and it was quiet. The price was unbeatable. The evening social was also a nice touch. I’ve stayed at many hotels, but have rarely been impressed.

We were very impressed with the management - they went overboard to make sure we were accomodated even though there was a mistake with our reservations. The complimentary breakfast was very good and varied each morning. Very Clean. Kids especially liked the pool table.
