We visited this place in our boat and our visit was ruined by a screaming dock/securiey jerk who yelled instruction at my wife--the wife of a 50 ton master holder--about how to tie off out boat. She knows much more than this nobody.

If this is what managenment thinks is good customer relations, we'll take our business elsewhere.
