Look I've read the other reviews. Every Friendly's we've eaten in has had service from poor to average however the food is good and the prices are very good.

We've been to this place three times and every time their were issues! S-L-O-W S-E-R-V-I-C-E is the biggest problem. 40 minutes for two orders of ice cream is what you should expect. Cheap customers that do not leave tips contribute to the extremely high turn over with the wait staff. If you want a great breakfast, go to the Double T or Kelsey's in Ellicott City.

The food is good...the ice-cream is good...once you get it. You wait forever to be seated. Then you wait forever for your server to show up. Then you wait forever for the food. And it is not that nice of a restaurant to wait in! Give it a pass and head on down to Jennings.

This was my family's first visit to a Friendly's Restaurant and our overall experience was not a good one. The restrooms definitely needed more attention, and first contact with the person who seats you was not very well either, her attitude was not friendly at all. The only positive thing I can say is the waitress that served us was very pleasant. I doubt very seriously if I would consider returning.
