We booked at another hotel and it was a dump!!!Drove around and found this on. Clean rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast. We stayed 5 nights, nice pool area, enjoyed the big fireplace in the lobby! Would go back!!!

This AmericInn location charges your credit card as soon as you make the reservation - I was told this was to deter guests from making multiple hotel reservations - then if you cancel - even due to an emergency - they charge you a $15 cancellation fee. There are lots of hotel choices out there - pick one that doesn't charge you!

We loved our suite, private deck to watch to deer stroll through. We stayed for a belated honeymoon and enjoyed relaxing and the breakfast was awesome.

Perfect price, clean rooms, best value in town. Will go back again & again. Great breakfast too! Excellent view of woods and creek from room, also had a balcony.
