On my last visit to San Diego, I met bryan, who was a bell hop at the Omni Hotel. When I called for service to have my luggage picked up, he was right there to assist me. He was pleasant and a perfect gentleman. I would recommend anyone who is staying in San Diego to stay at the Omni hotel and to experience their great service.

Very modern hotel! Relaxing environment. We loved the modern decor, the workout gym which had nice touches like a bowl of fruit and chilled lemon water, and especially enjoyed the beautifully heated rooftop pool. The service at this hotel was courteous and the staff helpful.

I loved the rooms at the Omni Hotel. They had great beds, nice contemporary furniture, cool/interesting bathrooms and great views. Our room overlooked the Gas Lamp area of Downtown. Plus when we got back to our room our bed was turned down and classical music was playing.

The only thing that I saw that could be
fixed was the bathroom door. It didn't give the privacy that we wanted. The door needs to be a couple of inches wider on both sides. Other than that.....very nice.

If you love a modern hotel w/great service, and super comfy beds, then this is the place for you! The building and rooms are GORGEOUS! Super clean and friendly staff. A must stay if you are visiting San Diego!

The gym and pool are first rate. The gym has all the equipment you could possibly want. The chilled water and fresh fruit in the gym are an excellent touch. The pool is exquisite, do not skip the pool when visiting. The service and staff were very friendly and helpful.
