It was a disastrous experience. Despite a reservation being made well in advance the hotel had no knowledge of my reservation. Hotel overall is poorly maintained despite the best endeavours of the overworked maintenance and general staff. Would never go back to this hotel or any other hotel in this chain and would strongly recommend to friends and acquaintances that this is a place to be avoided.

We were just in Goa May 2007, and we stayed at PHOENIX PARK INN RESORT. The service there is great and also very clean. Would go back there again if I stay in Goa

We stayed in this resort for 3 nights and those were the most aweful time that we had anywhere in this world. Here are our experiences

• We were three and needed another bed in our suite. The hotel had promised us to give one. When we reached our suite in the night, we found that the extra bed was broken. We called the reception at around 10 PM ...

Excellent service, amazing food, close to the beach, and a very reasonable price!! Surpasses the Taj village for its value for money. I would recommend it to anyone going to Goa. Loved the BBQ nights and cocktails and mocktails. The Bar rocked, so did geoffreys pub

after some hesitation we booked our holiday to india on our arrival the hotel looked ok but the service and our stay from start to finish was fantastic!!!!! the staff were so friendly and the service they provided was second to none. i cant wait to return and will defo book the same hotel i recommend it highly.

what else is there to say but excellent . goefferys restaurant is spotless , air conditioned, and fantastic food .
all the staff are happy and can't do enough to please.
rooms are more like 4*including tv seperate kitchen living area & bedroom.

Staff are so helpful and can't do enough for you!
Rooms were clean and cleaning staff left lovely shaped towels on your bed (elephants). We met a waiter called rocky who also told us places to visit whilst on holiday and his hometown beach of manderim. Can't wait to go back!

Great staff & manager would stay there again
when in Goa, food was very good from morning,
lunch, & dinner.

Came home feeling relaxed & refreshed still
thinking we are on holiday, would speak to
anyone who is looking for a place with sun &
fun. Thank you again for the wonderful time

Service was very good. Rooms clean. Pool area far too small considering size of hotel.
Not many sun beds although we went to the beach daily. If your a pool person you would have to get up early to get a place. Can't
comment on food as we ate out. Rep was good.
So once you get over the culure shock it's all pretty good. We did not like the first roon we were given,and this was soon change to another.
