Heavenly Perfect

I went for a little "tour" of oklahoma and had to stay in Ada. After looking around for some time for a hotel with decent price and convenience we found this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in finding attractions. The stay was so memorable we even stayed a couple of extra nights and stayed on the way back home.

Stayed there , or should I say tried to stay there my first week in Ada, OK. Over the 5 days they couldn't even seem to bring towels to my room as a normal hotel would. Service is poorly equipped for knowledge, always looking to find someone else "in charge"
Staff is not helpfull, and tried to move my room for their convenience ...

I had guaranteed reservations as a lowwer rate than they where selling rooms for the day I arrived, when I arrived they could not seem to find my reservationa an had sold my room. My wife went in 10 minutes later and they had a room, however the room was $30.00 higher than the rate I had on my reservation. Needless to say we didn't take the ...

The cigarette smell, even in a non-smoking room there was ever present and especially in the halls. No elevator makes it difficult if you have many bags or have trouble with stairs. All things concerned, I travel a lot and thought it was overpriced.

You get what you pay for

While they are fast to tell you thet are the newest in town, the rooms where dirty and in need of attention. This is a budget hotel and you get what you pay for, my advice spend a very few dollars more and stay in a much nicer place. This is great if you are running down the interstate and need to sleep at 11pm otherwise keep driving. they have lost my reservations twice now.
